Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, luminous golden yellow. A slightly diffused aroma of candied fruit peel, sultanas and walnuts, resonating with baked apple. Savoury notes on the palate, preserved figs, good pressure and persistence, very exciting through to the finish.
