Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, nuances of hazelnut, fine reductive savouriness, white apple note, multi-faceted, inviting bouquet, a touch of Chablis. Complex, balanced, fine extract sweetness, integrated acidity, an elegant, well-adhering accompaniment to food, shows length and certain ageing potential, scores with freshness and fine salty minerality.
