Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Powerful ruby red with dark red accents. On the nose, vegetal notes of yellow pepper and marjoram, plus red currant and cardamom. Hits the palate with verve, shows youthful tannin, a little sparse structure, but extends harmoniously into length, may still evolve.
