This has a medium yellow green colour, with silver reflections. There are lovely yellow tropical fruit aromas, with delicate peach and pineapple, and a floral touch, it is a multi-faceted bouquet. It is light footed, and has as medium body, with white apple, some banana, a lively acidity, a nice savouriness, a salty minerality on the finish, and a lemony touch on the aftertaste.
