Tasting Notes
Clear, linear aromas with fresh strawberry and cherry, and a promise of acidity. This is pleasantly rustic: raw and rough on the palate, with muscular but lean tannins, and a flavour profile balancing between fruit and acidity. Yet, almost surprisingly, the aftertaste is mild, almost sweet. This is Naousa in old money, and still needs a couple of years to deliver in full. (Drink 2026-2036, where it’ll be 91-92 pts.)
