The red wine Barolo DOCG Monvigliero, vintage 2018 from the winery Diego Morra has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright garnet with subtle brightening on the rim. Fragrant nose of wild strawberries, fresh cherries with a savoury note and touches of strawberry yoghurt. A polished and very juicy palate, stretching elegantly over the tongue, with tightly woven tannins, radiant red berried fruit, good concentration and a refreshingly juicy finish.
