Made from juice frozen at harvest and defrosted so it ferments in winter. This favours the developments of thiols - aromatic components. There is lovely passion fruit and lively citrus, the entire wine seems to be an expression of lime amidst subtle but juicy tropical fruit. Rounded, bright, vivacious.
