Tasting Notes
The bouquet still appears youthful, but already hints at great complexity: blood orange, hyacinth, violet pastille, all underpinned by mineral-spicy notes. The supple, silky-smooth attack already hints at late harvest motifs. The acidity carries and is seamlessly connected to the body, the sweetness provides volume. The wine combines finesse with intensity and almost with fullness, just about fulfilling the Kabinett pattern.
