Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, slight green sheen. Delicate herbal spice, a hint of mint, subtle nutty honey touch, yellow tropical fruit underlaid, nuances of kumquats, some caramel in the background, opens well with air. Full-bodied, powerful, ripe yellow apple, elegant texture, minerally influenced, pleasant fruit, discreet acidity, sticks well, fine spice on the finish, persistent. A mature Neuburger as written in books.
