Tasting Notes
Medium yellow, green hints. Aromas of fresh yellow apple, delicate hints of greengage, a fine herbal note, tobacco nuances and a mineral touch. Enormously racy on the palate, with a vibrant structure, notes of white fruit and green apple, juicy lemony nuances and a touch of lime on the salty finish. Should benefit from further bottle ageing.
