Tasting from 24.09.2020: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby garnet colour with purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fresh ripe cherries, dark berry confit, some nougat, light herbal savouriness, fine orange zest, attractive bouquet. Juicy, fine fruit sweetness, mature tannins, red cherries on the finish, hints of nougat, elegant, already perfect to drink young, mineral and salty.
