Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A cool, light-footed cuvée with 9.5 per cent alcohol by volume. Red berries, some pepper and subtle floral notes on the nose. Juicy, fresh and straightforward on the palate, with fine flavour and a clear structure. The Mondeuse adds tension and flavour, while the Pinot provides fruit and elegance. Lean, precise and extremely easy to drink - a convincing expression of the cool terroir here.
