Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Some plum, wild berries, still closed but dense fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, chalky-mineral, very dense, finely extracted, lively acidity, the aroma of very ripe grapes is only partially confirmed on the palate, the wine has freshness and tension, although also a certain fullness.
