Tasting from 18.02.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Vegetal aromas on the nose. Fresh and still closed in appearance. Some wet stone. Delicate sweetness meets striking minerality. Stimulating and rich in extract, yet animating to drink. A successful mariage of Pinot Noir, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Brilliantly made! Cooling melt in the finish provides excitement.
