Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Complex aromas of mineral spiciness and discreet toasty boisée. Smooth, creamy approach on the mouth with fine fruit expression and vivid minerality determining the mid palate. The wine flows quite seamlessly with minerality giving additional freshness and length. Superb with shellfish.
