Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

There are iron mineral tones on the bouquet with green pepper, sweet cherry, almond and juniper. The mouth opens with a juicy yet supple attack with mellow tannin, fine acidity and a very elegant flow. It is a medium-bodied, subtle wine with a mineral edge.
