Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A restrained bouquet that develops with time in the glass and when it opens it shows fine aromas of violets, undergrowth, liquorice and a hint of caramel with notes of blueberry and wormwood, too. Tight, fresh acidity defines the palate backed up by red currant and a salty mineral impression which dominates the finish. An elegant wine.
