The red wine Saint-Joseph AOC Silice Rouge, vintage 2015 from the winery Domaine Coursodon has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
Initially very reductive in the glass, then quickly opening up: black cherry with a hint of animal savouriness, on the palate a very finely extracted, juicy and elegant structure, nothing ostentatious, mineral-tinged flow, unpretentious in its density, but very stylish in its appearance, with good length.
