Tasting from 01.06.2018: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Fragrant, fruity bouquet with light and dark berries, plus some spice and fine floral notes. Quite simple on the palate with a distinct sweetness.

More about the tasting

Rich aromas of freshly brewed sage tea, mint and cherry candy, good density on the palate with ripe, slightly clinging tannins, medium fullness and seamlessly integrated, mild acidity. A good accompaniment to food, from grilled Olma sausage to hearty pasta salad.
