Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Old pink with vermilion reflections. Yeast notes in the fragrance, almond, cherry pit, plum, plum brandy, herbs. Plump palate, creamy base, mealy tannins give structure to the broad body, ripe acidity, overt mineral notes, strong alcoholic zing, plenty of tension, long. Not an easy drinking rosé, but an excellent food wine to terrines and pâtés.
