Tasting from 01.01.2021: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Pleasantly ripe bouquet with notes of candy sugar, ripe lemon, some tangerine and green nuts, subtly herbal. Beautifully broad on the palate with ripe, well-integrated acidity and a gluggable mellowness. Finishes slightly tart and of medium length.
