Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium chartreuse yellow, silver reflections. Candied orange zest, yellow peach, subtle mature notes, with fine meadow herbs underneath. Substantial, taut, nice mineral components, with a discreet extracted sweetness, a yeasty touch, salty nuances on the finish, a well-developed food companion, a touch of blossom honey and oranges on the back palate.
