Strong, dense red; restrained nose, distinct cabernet tone, notes of cassis and currants, spicy; soft attack, medium-bodied, lively acidity, tasty, well-integrated wood, good structure; long, spicy finish, slightly drying. Beautiful, aromatic wine.
