Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Finely nuanced, flintstone, apple blossom, citrus, flax, pracrtically no oak. The palate shows juicy acidity, a lot of grip and tension, a firm mineral backbone and enough flesh for years to come. Brilliant Bourgogne tout-court, clearly Meursault-ish.
