A cuvée of Chardonnay, Jacquère and Mondeuse Blanche. The nose opens up a unique world of aromas: quince, mountain herbs, lime blossom, white nougat, fresh hazelnuts, beeswax and crispy, buttery shortcrust pastry. On the palate a fine texture, salty minerality and a pleasantly fresh acidity. A hint of subtly bitter tannin rounds off the picture.
