Tasting from 23.03.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Wildly spicy, opulent nose of incense, patchouli, long pepper and juniper berries. Discreet fruit of red forest berries. Crisp, purist taste with a mineral accent and uncompromisingly dry style. Polarizing and impetuous, with a demanding, cool character. For the bold with lamb ragout or saddle of hare. Impressively aromatic for only 12% alcohol.
