Tasting from 01.01.2021: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Lovely notes of the Rhône with aromas of ripe, dark fruit, black pepper and nuances of violets, dense and complex. Quite elegant on the palate with a beautiful balance between the texture and the vivid acidity, fine, ripe tannins, good length, with savoury notes.
