The red wine Volnay 1er Cru Santenots du Milieu, vintage 2016 from the winery Domaine Francois Mikulski has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Bourgogne in France.
Slightly reductive on the nose, cherry water and raspberries, sweet almond. A smooth approach, very round and plump on the palate, mellow tannins in medium quantity, mild acidity, fine palate fruit, combines the delicacy of Volnay with it's own charm.
