Tasting Notes

Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

A slightly smoky, but also balsamic aroma, transpulmin ointment, sour cherry. The palate has a nice tension, freshness, the tannin is also very fresh, juicy underpinned, with medium-fine grain. The finish is intense and lingers for a long time without being overly open. This is an excellent wine for the medium to medium-high ripening period.
