Subtle bouquet with notes of grapefruit, apple, passion fruit and pineapple. There is also a fine spiciness and floral notes. Full-bodied on the palate with soft acidity. Subtle fruit aromas with local apple fruit and citrus fruits. Mineral, long finish.
