Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.05.2006

Medium carmine garnet, broad watery rim, brighter at the edge. Delicately smoky on the nose, pleasant nougat sweetness, delicate hint of caramel, fine honey notes, some strawberry jam. Spicy on the palate, very elegant texture, perfectly integrated tannins, appears rather medium-bodied, delicately lemony on the finish, forest berries in the aftertaste, already absolutely ready to drink.
