Medium greenish yellow. Ripe apple on the nose, initially delicately oxidative, needs a lot of air, then rather floral, honeydew melon, delicate herbal spice. Mineral on the palate, almost austere in appearance, yet light-footed in structure, still somewhat closed, still needs time. Very full of character.
