Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.10.2013

Medium greenish yellow. Yellow stone fruit notes underlaid with fine minerality, nuances of peach and apricot, a hint of blossom honey. Complex, taut texture, ripe white fruit, finesse-rich acidity, pleasant extract sweetness on the finish, good length, a full-bodied food companion, good further ageing potential. (Indice 1, AB, Biodyvin)
