Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine nuances of liquorice and fresh fig, delicate hints of mandarin zest, inviting bouquet. Medium complexity, some chocolate, subtle sweetness, integrated tannins, remains persistent, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
