Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Pale yellow. Spicy bouquet with notes of fresh herbs such as chervil and some tarragon, then juicy citrus fruit, pomelo and green pear. Vigorous attack with juicy, precise acidity. Chalky structure and very fine salinity on the long finish.
