Grenache and Cinsault. Pale pastel colour, almost reminiscent of a Blanc de noirs. Damp stone, floral, restrained fragrance, but not poor in aromas. A harmonious combination of soft, supple components and acidity on the palate, overall rather on the mild (but not sweet) side of the spectrum. Full-bodied and elegant.
