Tasting from 01.01.2021: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Warm berry fruit, blackberry, also plum and black cherry, plus spices such as cinnamon, subtle caramel-like wood notes. Rather slender and quite elegant on the palate with a certain fruit sweetness, fresh acidity and medium-fine tannins. Good length.
