Pale yellow, silver reflections. Fine nuances of fresh orange zest, a hint of mace, white flowers, mineral notes, underpinned by a hint of nutmeg. Medium complexity, white tropical fruit nuances, delicate nutty rancio hint on the finish, ideal companion for scallops.
