A stunning aroma: iodine, oyster shell, completely focused on the stone. This also has an extraordinary balance on the palate, the intense tactile minerality energises the palate and is softly integrated at the same time. Perfectly proportioned structure, still closed in the aromas, but dense and firm in the structure, with finesse and great length. A perfect expression of the site.
