Tasting from 16.10.2013

Bright golden yellow. Dried orange zest, fine herbal spice, honey, ethereal notes, delicate hints of coconut and blueberries, multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, ripe yellow tropical fruit, almost red berry nuances, fresh acid structure, shows good length, lemony notes on the finish, salty minerality in the aftertaste, independent character shaped by the terroir. (Indice 2, AB, BIODYN)
