Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.02.2013

Medium green-yellow in colour. Fine mineral nuances, a hint of flint, background with pleasant yellow apple fruit, delicate hazelnut and candied lemon zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, elegant, fine extracted sweetness, finesse-rich acidity, shows good length, nuances of pears and mango on the finish, mineral aftertaste, certain ageing potential.
