Still reserved on the nose: notes of yeast extract and ground stone; on the palate, the wine is very calm and balanced, with very fine phenolics that are silky and soft, but also plastic. Despite the cool year, there is also some suppleness in the background, the wine plays and oscillates above all in the tactile, but all with great finesse. Very good length.
