Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. Still somewhat restrained on the nose with nuances of red berry fruit, hints of black fruit, a touch of fresh orange zest, and some smoky spice. The palate is complex with ripe blackberry fruit, structured tannins and good acidity with fine fruit expression on the lingering finish. Has the potential for further ageing.

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Still somewhat reserved, red berry fruit nuances, bare, also black fruit notes, a hint of fresh orange zest, smoky spice. Complex, ripe blackberry confit, firm tannins, good acid core, fine fruit sweetness in the finish, lingers, good development potential.
