Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Fine red sweet cherry fruit, a touch of wild berry confit, soft notes of orange zest. Powerful, ripe plum fruit, well-integrated tannins, some nougat on the finish, a mineral food wine.
