Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

This has a pale straw yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of honeydew melon, pineapple, and lychee, with a hint of fresh lime zest, and white blossom aromas, it is an attractive bouquet. On the palate it is taut, appearing tightly woven. with a strong minerality, persistence, fine acidity, lovely pear fruit on the finish, and some saltiness.
