Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong crimson garnet, purple reflections in core, wide water edge. Delicate blackberries, a hint of licorice, fine tobacco savouriness, very inviting bouquet. Very youthful palate with juicy, ripe red berries, mineral-salty texture. Lovely finish, a lot of development potential.
