Tasting from 20.02.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Simply delicious, balanced, fine, melting. Delicate notes of Guadeloupe melon, almonds and nashi fruit, grassy, lime-leafy. A prime example of its kind, with a very good price-performance ratio. Can be combined with creamy light sauces, light-colored wild fowl, lobster and crayfish.

Medium greenish yellow. Delicately nutty yellow apple fruit, fresh meadow herbs, mineral touch, fine spice, pleasant extract sweetness, fine acidity, delicate honeydew melon and pear on the finish, medium length, a clean food companion.
