The St Jacques perfume shines even through the slight, flinty reduction. The elegance and finesse on the palate are underscored by vivid freshness and fine acidity. Red fruit shines, highlights of raspberry dazzle. Freshness, aroma, brightness and lightness of touch inform the entire wine. What a feat. So very elegant, so subtle, so profound.
