Light golden yellow with green reflections. Cape gooseberry, apple, vineyard peach, delicate meadow herbs. Demanding mousse on the palate, appealing acidity with fine saline notes that cling to the lips and appear creamy and finely balanced. Juicy, refreshing length on the finish. A stimulating aperitif.
