Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine wood spice, nuances of ripe apple underlaid with some mango, soft hints of caramel and orange zest. Taut, tightly woven and mineral, nuances of white fruit, fine acidity, salty finish, lingers long, has certain ageing potential.
